Saturday Fitness is a fun and challenging total body workout in every class.  The class incorporates cardio and strength using body weight exercises that can be supplemented with personal resistance bands or hand weights. People of all fitness abilities and ages are welcome - it’s for anyone who WANTS to be fit!
